1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 37phjoy platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the 37phjoy Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 37phjoy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered through the 37phjoy Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slots, bingo, and any promotional or loyalty programs.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 37phjoy Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gambling regulations. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.

37phjoy reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 37phjoy Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 37phjoy Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 37phjoy login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. 37phjoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: Before processing any withdrawal, 37phjoy requires identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC"). You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 37phjoy Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 37phjoy accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification being complete. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within 1–3 hours of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. 37phjoy reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso. 37phjoy does not accept or process transactions in cryptocurrency of any kind.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

37phjoy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 37phjoy reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players in certain jurisdictions or to players who have previously abused promotional offers.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. 37phjoy reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 37phjoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Duplicate claims via multiple accounts will be treated as multi-accounting.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 37phjoy Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games on 37phjoy use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized gaming testing laboratories.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, 37phjoy reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 37phjoy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Disconnection Policy: If a player is disconnected during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. The outcome will be recorded and the result applied to the player's account upon reconnection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 37phjoy Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial crime through the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 37phjoy staff or other players
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 37phjoy Platform — including but not limited to the 37phjoy brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of 37phjoy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 37phjoy.

Any unauthorized use of 37phjoy's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 37phjoy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or connectivity failures
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform

37phjoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 37phjoy account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 37phjoy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Privacy

37phjoy collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

37phjoy implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including SSL encryption for all data transmissions and secure storage of account credentials. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 37phjoy cannot guarantee absolute data security.

11. Responsible Gaming

37phjoy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• Age Restriction: The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. 37phjoy employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Players may set loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period.

12. Termination

37phjoy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Conduct that is harmful to other players, 37phjoy staff, or the integrity of the Platform
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.

You may close your 37phjoy account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Amendments

37phjoy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 37phjoy will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and 37phjoy, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 37phjoy customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes, 37phjoy's game logs and server records shall constitute the primary evidence of the outcome of any game round and shall be binding in the absence of manifest error.
